Havasu Falls

Grand Canyon, AZ - 13 Apr 2015      See on Google Maps

On an Arizona Highways workshop I was able to photograph Havasu Falls and other waterfalls along the Havasu River. The lime in the earth turns the spring water into a blue hue. This is a classic picture of the falls and very popular but so easy to take - I am standing on the trail you use to hike along the river so everyone passes this spot. Still I like the composition. On a tripod and slow shutter speed to turn the water fuzzy.
