Annular Solar Eclipse

The Annular Solar Eclipse from our patio in Phoenix, AZ. This is the maximum the moon would cover the sun in Phoenix.

It was fun to dig out all the solar eclipse photography gear from the 2017 eclipse. I quickly put everything together and was able to enjoy the 2024 eclipse. There is a specific filter for photographing the sun which blocks all the light and the only thing you can see is the sun.
