Beach Sunset

This was a fun picture. We were vacationing in Carmel, California and enjoying the sea settings. I had received a wide angle lens for Christmas and this was my first trip with the lens. We were in a small cove and I spied the driftwood so i moved the tripod as close as I could and captured the setting sun at 16 mm. I was very happy with the result - I have struggled to us this lens since.
