Chubby Explosion

Playing with fireworks after taking years of more classic fireworks pictures. I used a 100-500mm lens and moved the focus from out of focus to in focus as the firework exploded. This results in an out of focus center and an in focus edge to the firework. The challenge is to be ready when the firework explodes as I like them in close.

I love the images resulting - and will try this during years of Fourth of July to come.
