Granite Peaks

Patagonia, Chile - 10 Oct 2018      See on Google Maps

On vacation in Patagonia, Chile we were fascinated by the Torres Del Paine mountains. This photograph was into the mountain using a long telephoto lens at 200mm. I like the composition of the granite peak in the foreground and the Torres Del Paine peaks in the background. These peaks are so beautiful and unlike the Rockies - even the relatively new Grand Tetons. This was taken by hand so a high speed for the shutter to get a sharp picture and a moderate ISO.
