Elephant Head

Tucson, AZ - 14 Apr 2009

As i drove from my Uncle's house in Nogales to Tucson the weather was overcast.  As I passed the Santa Rita Range in the Coronado National Forest the clouds backed off a little.  I was at the immigration checkpoint and asked to use a spur road to set up my tripod and camera.  This is a mountian peak called Elephant Head.

This is a HDR of three exposures to catch the light and is shot over the interstate.
